Five-Egg Sponge Cake
5 eggs-separated Pinch of salt
1 Cup of sugar 1 tsp of lemon extract
1 Cup of sifted flour(sift 5 times BEFORE measuring)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites until stiff, add salt.
In separate bowl, beat yolks until pale yellow.
Stir in sugar & lemon extract.
Now fold the egg-yolk mixture & whites together.
Fold flour into the eggs.
Bake in a tube pan for 45 minutes.
